Taking a Pause Is an Overlooked Skill

It's as simple as that, really. Pause. Take a break.

Look up from the keyboard. Look out the window.

Get out of your chair. Walk around. Drink water.

Get out of your head. Take a deep breath. Maybe even force a smile.
